The law firm of Gaitan Law Group was established in 2008 by Rafael A. Gaitan (“Ralph”) as a firm focused on the legal needs of the business and healthcare industries. As a former health care clinic administrator who often had to make legal decisions without the assistance of an attorney, Ralph wanted to start a law firm that catered to small and mid-sized health care practices. Thus, Gaitan Law opened its doors as a full service law firm for health care practitioners and providers including physicians, dentists, therapists, nurses, laboratories, home health associations, assisted living facilities, nursing pools, and others. Ralph’s legal acumen together with his years of experience in the health care industry have made him an integral part of the decision making process for many health care practitioners and providers who regularly rely on Gaitan Law for health care compliance, business formation, corporate planning, asset and stock purchase and sale, and employment matters among others.
In 2013, the firm welcomed its newest partner, Ann Marie Gaitan whose experience in the areas of FDA and FTC expanded the firm’s offerings into new practice areas that complimented the firm’s strong health care foundation. Keeping with the Gaitan Law philosophy of delivering comprehensive legal solutions, Ann Marie and Ralph often work together to represent clients in FDA regulated industries in FDA compliance, business and corporate, employment, immigration, real estate and other legal matters.
